By MFP Order no. 2531/2018 the Economic Reporting System was approved on June 30, 2018.
Deposit deadline:
• August 16, 2018.
The reporting system applies:
• Companies that in the previous financial year had a turnover exceeding 220.000 lei and which:
* are required to prepare individual annual financial statements and consolidated annual financial statements;
* are required to comply with the accounting regulations in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standars.
Do not prepare accounting reports on 30 June 2018 companies that:
• did not carry out activity from the date of establishment until 30 June 2018,
• During the first semester of 2018, they were temporarily inactive,
• Entities set up during 2018,
• legal entities that are being wound up, according to the law.
Companies that do not submit half-yearly accounting reports will risk, according to the Accounting Law, a fine of 2.000 to 5.000 lei.
