At the end of the Government meeting on 05.02.2026, it was announced that the draft normative act regarding economic recovery measures had been discussed.
The draft was published on February 5 on the website of the Ministry of Finance.
One of the measures refers to increasing the threshold for fixed assets from 2,500 lei to 5,000 lei.
This threshold had not been updated for a very long time, and doubling it was necessary and requested by the business community.
