The Revisal registration deadlines from 01.04.2018 are:
1. When hiring an employee:
– at the latest on the day preceding the beginning of the activity by the employee concerned.
2. Changes in gross salary / bonuses / additions
– within a maximum of 20 working days from the date of the change.
3. Other changes to the CIM
– at the latest on the day preceding the entry into force of the modifications to the CIM (function, working time, etc.).
4. Suspension and Suspension CIM
– at the latest on the day preceding the suspension date / CIM suspension date.
5. CIM Cessation
– at the latest on the CIM cessation date / on the date of acknowledgment of the event that caused the cessation.
